Product Returns

Thank you very much for your purchase and preference to our store. If you are still not satisfied or for any other reason you want to return the products you bought, you have the right to do so, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.

Returns are accepted if:

• You have contacted our store by phone at 2421032506 or by e-mail at [email protected].
• The returned products are in their packaging in the condition in which they were delivered to you, without being further tested, along with all product accessories such as box, warranty, operating manuals and retail proof or the invoice. They should also be well packed so as not to be damaged during transport.
• No parts have been removed from the watch bracelet or any modification has been made.

If the products show wear and tear marks or you have damaged the product during the packaging you made, the company reserves the right to refuse replacement or payment of the order amount. Our store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return shipping.

Returns of products that have been made by order are not accepted, such as wedding rings, engraved IDs or jewelry in which personal construction modifications have been applied.

In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products.

Only the dealership is responsible for the replacement and any form of product repair. For the best service of our customers, our company undertakes the transport and collection of the products to be repaired, to and from the respective dealership. In this case the shipping costs are borne by our customers.
